1. Where We Ship
GBK Parts ships throughout the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Rye, NY.
2. Processing Time
Most in-stock orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.
If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we contact you before shipping the rest of the order and you may cancel that line at no charge.
3. Delivery Estimates
Standard UPS Ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the distance from our facility to your address.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and freight terminal delays are outside our control. Once a package leaves our facility, the tracking information we email you is the most accurate source of its status.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. The full shipping cost is shown before you submit payment — we never add shipping charges after an order is placed.
Free shipping for wholesale accounts
Approved Wholesale / B2B accounts qualify for free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $5,000 delivered to New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Minnesota.
Free shipping applies to standard UPS Ground delivery only. Orders exceeding 80 lbs that require LTL freight are excluded from this promotion, and deliveries to all other states are charged at standard shipping rates.
Local pickup
Local pickup is free of charge. Contact us at 718-971-0993 to schedule a pickup time and confirm the warehouse location before you travel.
5. Heavy Items and LTL Freight
Brake drums, hub assemblies, landing gear and similar parts are heavy. Orders exceeding 80 lbs cannot ship by UPS Ground and are booked as LTL freight instead. Standard UPS Ground rates do not apply to these shipments.
Freight deliveries are made to the curb. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. If you need a liftgate, an inside delivery, or a residential delivery, tell us before the order ships — carriers charge extra for these services and the fees are passed through at cost.
6. Inspecting Your Delivery
Inspect every shipment before signing for it, especially freight deliveries. If a pallet or carton arrives crushed, torn, or visibly damaged, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before you sign. A clean signature makes it substantially harder to recover a freight damage claim.
Report any damage, shortage, or incorrect item to us within 5 business days of delivery. See our Returns & Refund Policy for what happens next.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Carriers charge an address correction fee on packages rerouted after dispatch, and that fee is billed to you. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
8. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your order at our facility. We remain your advocate in any carrier claim and will help you file and pursue it, but the goods travel at the buyer's risk once dispatched.
