This premium assembly features an industry-compliant 2.5" Regular Stroke encased in a striking, corrosion-resistant Gold powder-coated finish with standard Round Air Ports, instantly signifying regular-stroke reliability to fleet mechanics and DOT inspectors. Specifically built to accommodate specialized trailer suspensions and deep-set axles, it comes equipped with an extra-extended 13" Universal 5/8"-18 Threaded Pushrod and a non-welded detachable clevis hardware kit, allowing technicians to seamlessly perform on-site cut-to-length customization for a flawless installation. Manufactured with a factory tamper-resistant sealed design to permanently lock down the high-tension emergency spring, each double-diaphragm unit fully complies with FMVSS-121 vehicle safety standards and includes a dedicated mechanical caging bolt (T-Bolt) for maximum servicing security.

  • Type 30/30 Combination Design: Double-diaphragm piggyback assembly — Type 30 service brake (top) plus Type 30 spring brake (bottom) for service, parking, and emergency braking on S-Cam drum systems.
  • 2.5" Regular Stroke: Standard regular-stroke configuration (T3030DD) — NOT a 3" long stroke. For the long-stroke version, see GT-30/30L. Round air ports and gold finish signify regular-stroke reliability.
  • 13" Extended Threaded Push Rod: Extra-long 13" fully threaded push rod (5/8"-18 UNF) for deep-set axles and specialized trailer suspensions; non-welded detachable clevis kit allows on-site cut-to-length customization.
  • FMVSS-121 Compliant & Sealed: Factory tamper-resistant sealed housing locks down the high-tension power spring and fully complies with FMVSS-121. Includes a mechanical caging bolt (T-Bolt) for safe servicing.
  • Universal Fit: Direct replacement for Class 6-8 semi trucks and trailers — Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Mack, Volvo, International. 5/8"-11 UNC mounting studs, 4.75" bolt center spacing.
