These Terms of Service govern your use of gbkparts.com and any order you place with GBK Parts. By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

GBK Parts is an independent supplier of aftermarket heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, operating from 80 Theodore Fremd Ave., Rye, NY 10580. You can reach us at 718-971-0993 or admin@gbkparts.com.

2. Accounts

Retail accounts are open to everyone. You can browse the full catalog, place orders, and receive standard pricing with no minimum order requirement.

Wholesale / B2B accounts are available to businesses in the trucking, fleet, and automotive industries, subject to approval. Wholesale pricing, tier pricing, and pallet pricing are visible only to approved wholesale accounts and may not be shared, republished, or used by anyone else.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Product Information and Fitment

We work hard to describe our parts accurately, but we do not warrant that every product description, specification, image, weight, or cross-reference listing on this site is complete, current, or error-free.

Verifying fitment is the buyer's responsibility. Cross-reference part numbers and vehicle compatibility notes are provided as a guide only. If you are not certain a part fits your application, call us before you order.

All manufacturer names, part numbers, symbols and descriptions are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only. GBK Parts is an independent aftermarket parts supplier and is not an authorized dealer for, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, International, Mack, Volvo, or any other original equipment manufacturer. It is not implied that any part listed is the product of these manufacturers.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, both of which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit payment.

Prices and stock levels can change without notice. Occasionally a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or data error. Where this happens we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, even after it has been confirmed, and to refund you in full. We will always contact you before doing so.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive after checkout acknowledges that we received your order; it is not acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, where we suspect fraud, or where we are unable to verify the delivery address.

6. Payment Terms

Retail orders require payment in full at checkout, by credit card or another payment method offered at the time.

Approved wholesale accounts may be eligible for NET 15 terms, meaning payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. NET 15 terms are granted per account after credit review and are never applied automatically — they must be explicitly approved by our team. We may suspend terms or place an account on hold if invoices become overdue.

7. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Delivery timescales, freight rules, and free-shipping thresholds are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the goods at our facility.

8. Returns

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and the handling of damaged or incorrect shipments are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Warranty

Parts we sell carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, we will assist you in making a claim under it.

Except for that manufacturer's warranty and any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded, products are supplied "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

No warranty covers damage arising from improper installation, misuse, accident, modification, normal wear, or use of a part outside its rated application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GBK Parts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, vehicle downtime, towing costs, or loss of business, arising out of your use of this website or of any product purchased from us.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use this website to break the law, to scrape or harvest pricing or catalog data by automated means, to interfere with its operation or security, or to resell wholesale pricing information to third parties. All site content, including product photography, descriptions, cross-reference data, and the GBK Parts name and logo, remains our property or that of our licensors.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order, and the "last updated" date above tells you when it changed.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York.
